Instructions

  • 1.   In a non-stick skillet, cook the pork chops without any fat.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients.
  • 3.   At the end of the cooking, remove the pork chops and set them aside on a plate.
  • 4.   Pour the oil, honey, and curry mixture into the skillet, mix while scraping the bottom a little with a wooden spatula to release the meat juices.
  • 5.   Put the pork chops back into the skillet, flip them over, and let them cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 6.   If the sauce is too liquid, reduce it for a few minutes over high heat (removing the pork chops) until it becomes syrupy.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with parsley before serving with Creole rice or pasta with gruyère cheese.
