2. Peel the onion and carrot, then cut them into thin sticks, along with the zucchini.
3. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then blanch the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes in the boiling water.
4. Set aside.
5. In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, then brown the vegetables with a pinch of salt, and set aside.
6. In the same hot pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the meat and then pour in the soy sauce.
7. Add the vegetables and noodles.
8. Mix vigorously and then serve in shallow plates.
