Asian-style Noodles with Beef and Vegetables

Strips of beef and sautéed vegetables in soy sauce, served with Japanese noodles.

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the meat into very thin strips.
  • 2.   Peel the onion and carrot, then cut them into thin sticks, along with the zucchini.
  • 3.   Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then blanch the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes in the boiling water.
  • 4.   Set aside.
  • 5.   In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, then brown the vegetables with a pinch of salt, and set aside.
  • 6.   In the same hot pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the meat and then pour in the soy sauce.
  • 7.   Add the vegetables and noodles.
  • 8.   Mix vigorously and then serve in shallow plates.

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 5 cl of peanut oil
  • 10 cl of soy sauce
