Breaded Fish Wrap

Fresh and crunchy wraps made with breaded fish, béarnaise sauce, tomatoes, and onions.

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  • 2.   Peel the onions and slice them as well.
  • 3.   Melt the butter in a pan, then sear the breaded fish and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Spread a few spoonfuls of béarnaise sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  • 5.   Place a breaded fish, some lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices in the center.
  • 6.   Fold the bottom part of the tortillas.
  • 7.   Then fold each side to form a wrap.
  • 8.   Enjoy immediately, accompanied by béarnaise sauce.

  • 4 breaded fish
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 green onions
  • 8 tablespoon of béarnaise sauce
  • 4 pinch of fine salt
  • 4 pinch of black pepper
  • 10 g of unsalted butter
