Mustard and Honey Roast Pork

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients together, except for the roast and onion slices.
  • 3.   Brush the roast with this sauce and place it on top of the onions. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • 4.   Add the broth, cover the roast, and place it in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • 5.   To check the doneness, pierce it with a toothpick. If it goes in easily, the roast is done.
