Chicken/cheese nuggets

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
  • 2.   Chop the chicken using a food processor.
    Put it in a bowl.
    Add the cheese/salt/pepper.
    Mix well with your hands.
  • 3.   Make balls and flatten them.
    Set aside.
  • 4.   Put the flour on a plate.
    Put the eggs in a bowl.
    Mix and put the breadcrumbs and corn flakes on a plate.
  • 5.   Coat the nuggets with flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs/corn flakes.
    Repeat until all nuggets are coated.
  • 6.   Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 100 g of corn flakes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
