Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the spinach. Sauté them in a non-stick pan with a knob of butter until they release their water. Chop them if they are not already chopped.
  • 2.   Cut the salmon into cubes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper, add the cheese, and mix.
  • 4.   Unroll the pastry and place it in a silicone tart mold or line it with parchment paper. Arrange the spinach and then the salmon.
  • 5.   Pour the egg mixture over the top and bake for about 35 minutes!

  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 25 cl of semi-thick cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 g of butter
  • salt (according to taste)
