1. Grill the bacon with the minced onion. Cut off the tops of the pumpkins and then hollow out the inside with a spoon to remove the seeds.
2. Mix the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper, add chopped parsley, and then add the grilled bacon. Divide this mixture into the 2 pumpkins.
3. Place the pumpkins in the dish and add 2 glasses of water. Bake for 45 minutes at 170 °C. After removing from the oven, cut into quarters and enjoy.
