Pumpkin quiches

A little squash, a little quiche. Recipe from Chef's Club.

Instructions

  • 1.   Grill the bacon with the minced onion. Cut off the tops of the pumpkins and then hollow out the inside with a spoon to remove the seeds.
  • 2.   Mix the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper, add chopped parsley, and then add the grilled bacon. Divide this mixture into the 2 pumpkins.
  • 3.   Place the pumpkins in the dish and add 2 glasses of water. Bake for 45 minutes at 170 °C. After removing from the oven, cut into quarters and enjoy.

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 red kuri squashes
  • 6 eggs
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
