Instructions

  • 1.   Place two slices of bacon side by side on each chicken slice and top with a slice of cheese.
  • 2.   Fold the slice in half to enclose the filling.
  • 3.   Prepare 3 plates and place flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in each plate.
    Dip each escalope first in flour,
  • 4.   then in egg,
  • 5.   and finally in breadcrumbs.
  • 6.   Cook them for a few minutes on each side in a pan with a little butter.
  • 7.   Serve immediately.
