Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken thighs in half.
  • 2.   Sauté the chicken thighs in olive oil in a large skillet.
  • 3.   Add minced onion and pressed garlic.
  • 4.   Add sliced bell peppers. Continue cooking until the vegetables become tender.
  • 5.   Add wine, paprika, tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  • 6.   Add sliced chorizo.
  • 7.   Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 8.   Cut the olives in half and add them.
  • 9.   Season to taste, it's ready!
