Salmon and leek tart

The salmon and leek tart is a classic winter dish that remains delicious. Indeed, the combination of salmon and leek in a pie crust, enhanced with a hint of lemon juice and grated comté cheese, is a very indulgent recipe. This tart will be perfect for your family meals!

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Clean and slice the leeks. Sauté them with olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add a little water during cooking if necessary. Pour the lemon juice at the end of cooking. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • 2.   Cut the salmon into large cubes and add it to the cooked leeks. Then, incorporate the fresh cream and beaten eggs.
  • 3.   Place the puff pastry in a tart pan and pour the mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated comté cheese and bake for 45 minutes.

  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 500 g of salmon
  • 3 tablespoon of liquid fresh cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 shortcrust pastry with pure butter
  • 20 g of grated Comté cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
