Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients for the crust until firm consistency.
  • 3.   Spread the crust on the bottom of a springform pan. Let it rest in the refrigerator.
  • 4.   Chop the onion and cut the bacon into small pieces. Fry them in butter.
  • 5.   Add the spices, stir, and place them in the pan.
  • 6.   Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour them into the pan.
  • 7.   Bake on the middle rack for 45-55 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
