Grilled Serrano Pepper Croque

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds and slice the peppers. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until slightly grilled.
    Thinly slice the Comté cheese and place it on 4 slices of buttered white bread. Add the Serrano ham, followed by the pepper slices and onions. Season with salt and pepper, and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
    Cook in a croque monsieur machine for about 5 minutes.

  • 8 slice of sandwich bread with cereals
  • 100 g of Comté cheese
  • 4 slice of Serrano ham
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 onion
