Veal fillets with porcini mushrooms, tomatoes, and cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the porcini mushrooms in oil (5-10 minutes). Meanwhile, blanch and peel the tomatoes, dice them, and sauté them in oil (10 minutes) with crushed garlic. Mix the mushrooms and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Sear the meat in a lightly oiled pan, season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Add the cream to the mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and pour this sauce over the meat.
