Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the ground meat with olive oil and a little water.
  • 2.   When the meat is almost cooked, grill the chopped onion and bell pepper with the meat.
  • 3.   Add the tomato pulp; season with salt, pepper, and incorporate the paprika.
  • 4.   When the meat part is done, heat the wheat tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.
  • 5.   Then, on each tortilla, place a lettuce leaf, the ground meat on top, grated gruyere cheese, and diced tomatoes.
  • 6.   Roll up the burrito and enjoy.
