Quick Three Pepper Tart

With frozen peppers, it's really quick! Replace mozzarella with Parmesan shavings!

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Cut the peppers into thin slices and finely chop the shallot. (or use frozen ones!!)
  • 3.   Mix the cream, egg, vinegar, and tomato paste.
  • 4.   Place the dough on parchment paper and place it on a baking sheet. Fold the edges of the dough slightly so that the cream we are going to pour does not spill.
  • 5.   Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
    Pour the cream onto the dough, then add the peppers and shallot, and finally the bacon and mozzarella (and/or Parmesan shavings).
  • 6.   Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with salad (green, mixed, raw vegetables, ...).

  • 100 g of semi-liquid cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 70 g of smoked bacon
  • ½ mozzarella balls (optional)
  • 10 g of parmesan (optional)
  • 150 g of lettuce
