Peas my way (easy)

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat water with 1/2 cube of beef bouillon.
  • 2.   When the water is boiling, add the frozen peas and the carrot (previously sliced into thin rounds) and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, sauté the bacon bits and minced onions.
  • 4.   Reserve a mustard glass of the cooking juice from the peas and carrot, then drain.
  • 5.   Pour the peas and carrot into the bacon/onion mixture.
  • 6.   Add the whole garlic clove and 1/2 teaspoon of parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the glass of bouillon.
  • 7.   Let simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Serve hot.

  • ½ teaspoon of parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ beef bouillon cubes
  • 600 g of green pea (frozen)
