1. Put a little olive oil in a pan. Brown the chicken fillets. Season with pepper. Set aside.
2. Cut thin slices of morbier cheese. Arrange them on top of the chicken fillets.
3. Place in the oven at 100°C for a few moments. This will allow the morbier cheese to melt very slowly. Serve immediately. I personally like to serve it with dauphine potatoes and green beans.
