Chicken fillet with melted morbier cheese

For all those who love cheese like me!! Easy, simple, and quick recipe....

Instructions

  • 1.   Put a little olive oil in a pan. Brown the chicken fillets. Season with pepper. Set aside.
  • 2.   Cut thin slices of morbier cheese. Arrange them on top of the chicken fillets.
  • 3.   Place in the oven at 100°C for a few moments. This will allow the morbier cheese to melt very slowly. Serve immediately. I personally like to serve it with dauphine potatoes and green beans.

  • 4 slice of morbier cheese
  • 500 g of dauphine potato
  • 1 medium green bean
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
