Warm goat cheese salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut your goat cheese into 16 slices, place them on the bread, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs de Provence. Bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, prepare your salad and arrange it on 4 plates.
  • 3.   Fry your bacon in a pan, arrange it on the salad, add diced Comté cheese, quartered tomatoes, and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
  • 4.   Remove the goat cheese from the oven, place it on the salads, drizzle with vinaigrette, and serve.
