Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210 °C or 410 °F.
  • 2.   Cut off the woody stem of the mushrooms, rinse the caps, and slice them.
  • 3.   Peel and cut the carrot into small sticks.
  • 4.   Lay 2 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface. Divide the vegetables evenly on the foil.
  • 5.   Place a turkey cutlet on top of each pile of vegetables. Season with salt and a twist of pepper. Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with tarragon.
  • 6.   Fold the parchment paper to form a packet and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before partially opening the packets and serving.
