. Preheat the oven to 210 °C or 410 °F.

. Cut off the woody stem of the mushrooms, rinse the caps, and slice them.

. Peel and cut the carrot into small sticks.

. Lay 2 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface. Divide the vegetables evenly on the foil.

. Place a turkey cutlet on top of each pile of vegetables. Season with salt and a twist of pepper. Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with tarragon.

. Fold the parchment paper to form a packet and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before partially opening the packets and serving.
