Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the peas in boiling salted water, keeping them crunchy, for about 5 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into a bowl of cold water with 15 ice cubes.
  • 2.   Cut the tomatoes into cubes and pour them into a straight-sided pedestal bowl. Add the well-drained peas. Press hard-boiled egg slices against the sides. Continue filling the bowl with corn, then make a layer of minced red onion, grated carrots, and diced ham. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • 3.   Heat a non-stick pan and brown the bacon slices. Cut them into small pieces with scissors.
  • 4.   Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice. Grate the cheese. Pour the sauce over the salad, sprinkle with cheddar and bacon. Serve immediately.

  • 200 g of grated carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 slice of ham cubes
  • 6 slice of bacon

  • ½ lemons
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
