Instructions

  • 1.   Mix in a gratin dish 2 tablespoons of olive oil, crushed garlic clove, roughly sliced onions, tomato slices, chopped parsley, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Remove the skin from the swordfish fillets and cut them into large pieces. Squeeze lemon juice over them and roll them in the marinade. Let them marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
  • 4.   Drizzle the marinated fillets with a drizzle of olive oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
