Creamy Pasta Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta.
  • 2.   Sauté the bacon, and once cooked, pour in the heavy cream and stir.
  • 3.   Pour the cooked pasta and the sauce into a mixing bowl and stir.
  • 4.   Place half of your carbonara pasta in a baking dish, then cover with 125 g of thinly sliced mozzarella. Pour the remaining pasta and top with the remaining mozzarella, also thinly sliced. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the mozzarella is golden brown.

  • 20 cl of thick sour cream
  • 250 g of mozzarella cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
