Spiced Beef Meatballs with Mint (Low Glycemic Index - BP)

Instructions

. Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil, oat bran, minced garlic, spices, and pepper. Mix well with a fork.

. Add the chopped mint.

. Shape the mixture into meatballs with your hands and cook them in a greased pan.

. Slice the bell peppers into strips and cook them for 10 minutes over medium heat.

. Serve the meatballs with the peppers and couscous, and accompany with tomato sauce.
