Pork roast with cream vegetable sauce (Frije recipe with Cookeo)

Instructions

  • 1.   Sear the roast on all sides in the Cookeo with a little olive oil.
    Meanwhile, start peeling, cutting, and washing carrots, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes.
  • 2.   Stop the Browning mode, add 600ml of water and the bouillon cubes. Mix.
    Cook under pressure: 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the vegetables.
    Continue cooking under pressure: 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook the side dish: spaetzles (fresh or dry), rice, tagliatelle, fries, etc...
  • 4.   Add cream, flour, parsley, and switch back to Browning mode to thicken the sauce.

  • 900 g of pork roast
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 carrots
  • 150 g of button mushroom
  • 1 onion
  • 1 organic beef stock cube
  • 1 organic vegetable stock cube
  • 200 bag of rice
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
