1. Sear the roast on all sides in the Cookeo with a little olive oil.
Meanwhile, start peeling, cutting, and washing carrots, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes.
2. Stop the Browning mode, add 600ml of water and the bouillon cubes. Mix.
Cook under pressure: 20 minutes.
3. Add the vegetables.
Continue cooking under pressure: 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the side dish: spaetzles (fresh or dry), rice, tagliatelle, fries, etc...
4. Add cream, flour, parsley, and switch back to Browning mode to thicken the sauce.
