1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 15 minutes, then cut into pieces of about 5 cm (it's easy with scissors).
2. Grate the carrots.
3. Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
4. Slice the onions.
5. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
6. Cut the chicken into small strips.
7. Cook the green beans, they should remain slightly crunchy.
8. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the oil. Add the chicken and brown it gently.
9. Then add the sliced onions, grated carrots, shredded cabbage, and soybeans.
10. While stirring, add the Chinese vermicelli, it should be well mixed with the rest of the preparation.
11. Cook until the vegetables are tender, then add the green beans last so they retain their crunchiness.
12. Before serving, add the soy sauce.
