Instructions

  • 1.   Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 15 minutes, then cut into pieces of about 5 cm (it's easy with scissors).
  • 2.   Grate the carrots.
  • 3.   Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
  • 4.   Slice the onions.
  • 5.   Drain and rinse the soybeans.
  • 6.   Cut the chicken into small strips.
  • 7.   Cook the green beans, they should remain slightly crunchy.
  • 8.   In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the oil. Add the chicken and brown it gently.
  • 9.   Then add the sliced onions, grated carrots, shredded cabbage, and soybeans.
  • 10.   While stirring, add the Chinese vermicelli, it should be well mixed with the rest of the preparation.
  • 11.   Cook until the vegetables are tender, then add the green beans last so they retain their crunchiness.
  • 12.   Before serving, add the soy sauce.
