Zucchini and Chorizo Risotto

Instructions

  • 1.   In a sauté pan, sauté the onions and zucchini.
  • 2.   Add the rice and wait until it becomes translucent.
  • 3.   Gradually pour in the broth while stirring regularly.
  • 4.   When the rice is almost cooked, add the chorizo, spices, and parmesan.
  • 5.   Let it cook for a few more minutes on low heat.

  • 3 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 1 stalk of basil
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 300 g of round rice
