Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️🔪 Wash and chop the coriander (and the chili pepper).
    - Extract the juice from the lemon.
    - ⚠️♨️ Sear the meat for 1 minute with the oil in a pan.
    - 😴 Turn off the heat and let it cool.
    - Add all the other ingredients and mix.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix again.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the salad in a bowl.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy it cold with rice.

Notes & Suggestions

  • For a saltier flavor, use soy sauce.

  • 4 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
