Apple pan cake

Recipe for express apple cake in the pan yet another easy, quick and delicious recipe for soft cake with caramelized apples cooked in a pan without an oven, it's possible, believe it! Instructions

  • 1.   Wash, peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Place a knob of butter and the vanilla sugar in a 25 cm diameter pan and gently melt the apples.
  • 2.   Pour the preparation into the hot pan (over the caramelized apples), cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes over very low heat, until the cake is completely set.
  • 3.   In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the oil, milk and vanilla extract.
  • 4.   Pour this mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix to incorporate the ingredients.
  • 5.   Using an oiled plate, turn the cake over and cook on the other side for about 5 minutes, still covered.
  • 6.   Invert the cake onto a plate.
