St Môret Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1:
  • 2.   Cook the pasta and let it cool. Place it in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir. Step 2:
  • 3.   Peel the cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise to remove the seeds. Then, cut it into small cubes. Step 3:
  • 4.   Blend 1/3 of the salmon with the St Môret cream cheese. Step 4:
  • 5.   Arrange the salmon-based sauce, cucumber cubes, remaining salmon cubes, and a little chives. Add the remaining St Môret cream cheese and season to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  • 300 g of pasta
  • 150 g of St Moret
  • 100 g of smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 sprig of chives
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
