Ham with port wine

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch, water, and bouillon cube. Let it thicken.
  • 2.   Add the mushrooms, tomato paste, sour cream, port wine, salt, and pepper. Combine everything by cooking it for 3 minutes.
  • 3.   Brown the ham slices on a baking sheet. Fold them in half and arrange them diagonally in an ovenproof dish. Pour the mushroom mixture over the ham and let it sit for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 250 g of wild mushroom
  • 3 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon of liquid fresh cream
  • 100 ml of port
  • 8 slice of ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
