Tuscan Salmon

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a medium-hot pan, sauté the salmon for 1 minute on each side. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  • 2.   Wash the spinach. Peel and mince the garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 3.   In the same pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook gently for 2 minutes. Then add the spinach and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Pour in the heavy cream, add the Parmesan cheese, and return the salmon fillets to the pan. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Enjoy your Tuscan salmon with pasta.

  • 50 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 80 g of parmesan
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
