Salmon and Zucchini Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion and shallot in a saucepan with butter.
  • 2.   Wash and dice the 2 zucchinis and add them to the saucepan.
  • 3.   Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the salmon fillets cut into small pieces.
  • 4.   Cook until the salmon is pink and add the fluid sour cream.
  • 5.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 6.   Then, transfer everything to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese. Add 2 knobs of butter to ensure the cheese browns perfectly.
  • 7.   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) depending on desired level of gratin.
