Chicken and Ricotta Bricks

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the shallots and garlic.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken into cubes.
  • 3.   Sauté the shallots and garlic until lightly golden.
  • 4.   Add the chicken and cook while stirring.
  • 5.   Blend everything with the ricotta.
  • 6.   Cut the sheets of brick pastry in half.
  • 7.   Fill the brick pastry sheets, giving them a triangular shape.
  • 8.   Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • 9.   Alternatively, you can cook them in a pan with oil for 2 minutes on each side.
  • 10.   Serve hot.
