Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the broiler of the oven to medium heat.
  • 2.   Mix the rosemary, thyme, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • 3.   Spray the bottom of the fillet with oil and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 4.   Spread the mustard on top of the fillet and sprinkle with the herb mixture.
  • 5.   Place the fillet in the oven and cook for about 12 minutes, watching that the top doesn't burn.

  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 600 g of salmon
  • 8 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
