Easy Stuffed Tomatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onions. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  • 2.   Put half of the onions in a pan and sauté. Add the garlic and spices, then the ground meat.
  • 3.   Cut the top off the tomatoes and hollow them out. Season the inside with salt and pepper. Fill them with the stuffing and put the tops back on.
  • 4.   Put the remaining onions in a dish with the tomato pulp.
  • 5.   Place the stuffed tomatoes in the dish. Sprinkle with a little thyme and put a knob of butter on each tomato. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve with rice.

  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 500 g of ground meat
  • 3 onions
