Quick Beef Samosas

Instructions

  • 1.   In a hot skillet, sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and carrot in olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the beef and let it brown slightly.
  • 3.   Season with curry, ginger, and add soy sauce. Mix well and let it cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 4.   Divide the filling among the spring roll wrappers (2 samosas per wrapper) and proceed with the folding (often explained on the packaging of the spring roll wrappers).
  • 5.   Seal the last fold with an egg yolk.
  • 6.   Fry in a shallow pan of oil, 2 minutes on each side.
  • 7.   At the end of cooking, place the samosas on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess cooking oil. Enjoy your meal!
