Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and dry the apples and potatoes. In a casserole dish with oil, brown the pork tenderloins. Then, remove them from the casserole dish.
  • 2.   Deglaze the casserole dish with 10 cl of water, bring to a boil, and let it reduce by half.
  • 3.   Pour in the mustard and cream while whisking. Then, put the pork tenderloins back in. Add the potatoes, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, core and thinly slice the apples. Add them to the casserole dish and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Remove the tenderloins and slice them. Arrange the potatoes, slices of tenderloin, and apple slices in 6 mini-casserole dishes. Drizzle them with cooking sauce and sprinkle with mustard seeds. Serve immediately.

  • 3 Golden apples
  • 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  • 15 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 3 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
