Beef fillets with sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Start the recipe by preparing the marinade for the beef. To do this, peel and crush the garlic clove. Blend the sun-dried tomatoes with the garlic clove and two tablespoons of oil.
  • 2.   Using a food brush, brush the beef fillets with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, adding the thyme.
  • 3.   Sear the beef fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side in hot cooking fat.
  • 4.   Arrange the plates nicely and serve the meat with some sun-dried tomatoes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Delicious when served with fries.

  • 2 stalk of thyme
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
