Spaghetti Bolognese

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onions, garlic and carrot. Chop all the vegetables finely.
  • 2.   Sweat the onions and garlic in the oil. Then add the carrot, leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Then add the meat and let come back.
  • 4.   When the meat has taken a nice color put the peeled tomatoes and the concentrate, then the broth.
  • 5.   Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and divide among plates.
  • 7.   Pour bolognese sauce on each plate, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.

Notes

  • the excess sauce is put in a box, the Parmesan to decorate the pasta :)

  • 1 bag of spaghetti
  • 600 g of minced meat
  • 2 carrots
  • 800 g of canned peeled tomatoes
  • 1 pot of tomato paste
  • 100 ml of meat broth
  • 3 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 bag of grated parmesan (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • fresh parsley (according to taste)
