1. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
2. Clean the bell pepper and celery and chop them finely.
3. Heat 10g of butter in a pan and cook the chicken fillets for 15 minutes. When they are done, cut them into cubes.
4. Heat 20g of butter mixed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok.
5. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
6. Add the cayenne powder, thyme, oregano, dried onion, crushed tomatoes, Tabasco, sugar, and simmer for a few moments.
7. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 25cl of water and add it to the wok to thicken the sauce.
8. Arrange the chicken cubes in the center of the plate and surround them with the sauce.
9. Serve with French fries.
