Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   2. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • 3.   3. Mix the flour, eggs, milk, ham cubes, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the gruyere cheese on top of the quiche.
  • 5.   5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
