Ham rolls with mixed vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the mixed vegetables with a little mayonnaise, vinaigrette, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Take a slice of ham, spread half of the mixture on the slice, vertically.
  • 3.   Fold each side of the slice over the mixture to close it.
  • 4.   Repeat with the second slice of ham.
  • 5.   It's ready!
  • 6.   Optionally, serve on a plate, decorated with parsley sprigs.
