Instructions

  • 1.   For the tagliatelle:
  • 2.   Bring water to a boil and add the pasta.
  • 3.   For the scallops:
  • 4.   Sauté the finely chopped shallot and minced garlic in a little butter.
  • 5.   Once the shallot and garlic are golden, add the mushrooms.
  • 6.   Cook for 5 minutes (you can add white wine to prevent it from burning, as it needs to be cooked over high heat).
  • 7.   Add the scallops and cream and cook for a few minutes.
  • 8.   Mix the preparation with the tagliatelle or serve separately.
