Pea Quiche - Ginadiner

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Pre-cook the peas for 5 minutes in boiling water.
  • 2.   2. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 3.   3. Roll out the pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Brush the bottom with mustard, then add the cooked and drained peas.
  • 4.   4. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then add 3/4 of the grated cheddar. Pour this mixture into the tart and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheddar.
  • 5.   5. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F), then serve hot. Enjoy your meal ♡!
