Tomato Sauce Ravioli with Bacon and Mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Start by cooking the bacon over medium heat. Save the bacon fat.
    Increase the heat to brown the bacon and remove it from the pan and place it on a paper towel. Set aside.
  • 2.   Slice the onion and mushrooms.

    In the bacon fat, first sauté the onion and add the mushrooms.
  • 3.   Pour in the tomato sauce and add the bacon, mushrooms, and onion. Dilute with a little water if necessary and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  • 4.   Cook the ravioli according to the instructions.

    Finally, arrange and mix everything in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 10 to 15 minutes under the broiler.
