Homemade Rafaelo - Ginagouter

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the coconut oil with 1 cup of coconut, vanilla, and agave syrup.
  • 2.   Let the mixture harden in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Put the half cup of coconut on a separate plate.
  • 4.   Make coconut balls using 1 teaspoon of the mixture and placing the almond in the middle.
  • 5.   Put the rafaelos in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.

    (recipe for 15 pieces - 3 per person for a snack)

  • 15 natural almonds
  • 3 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
