Tagliatelle with salmon and basil sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot, crumble the salmon in a little oil.
  • 2.   When it is cooked, add the cream, salt, pepper, and let it cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle.
  • 4.   Just before serving, add the chopped basil and a little lemon to the sauce.
  • 5.   Add parmesan according to taste.
