Instructions

  • 1.   Lay the beef slices on a plate (without overlapping).
  • 2.   Pour the lemon juice and olive oil over the meat.
  • 3.   Add the pink berries, coriander seeds, and finely chopped onion.
  • 4.   And sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • 5.   Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • 6.   When serving, add finely chopped chives.
