Creamy Pizza with Knackis and Cheese
Try a pizza with a creamy base instead of tomato sauce. It's really excellent!!

Instructions

. Roll out the dough into the desired shape.

. Mix crème fraîche, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Then spread it on the dough.

. Cut the knackis into small slices, then place them here and there. Cut the Bleu d'Auvergne into small pieces and place them wherever you like.

. Crumble the Tartare and spread the mushrooms evenly.

. Top with grated Emmental cheese. Place the olives. Season with salt and pepper.

. Bake at 210°C for 25-30 minutes.
