Fresh cream pizza with knackis and cheese

Try a pizza with a base of crème fraîche to change the tomato a bit. It is really excellent !!

Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the dough in the shape you want.
  • 2.   Mix the crème fraîche, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then spread over the dough.
  • 3.   Cut the knacki into small slices, then place them here and there. Cut the Bleu d'Auvergne into small pieces and place it where you want it.
  • 4.   Crumble the Tartare and mushroom all over the place.
  • 5.   Cover with grated Emmental. Place the olives. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Bake at 210 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
