Creamy Pizza with Knackis and Cheese

Try a pizza with a creamy base instead of tomato sauce. It's really excellent!!

Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the dough into the desired shape.
  • 2.   Mix crème fraîche, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Then spread it on the dough.
  • 3.   Cut the knackis into small slices, then place them here and there. Cut the Bleu d'Auvergne into small pieces and place them wherever you like.
  • 4.   Crumble the Tartare and spread the mushrooms evenly.
  • 5.   Top with grated Emmental cheese. Place the olives. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Bake at 210°C for 25-30 minutes.

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 10 cl of sour cream
  • 4 knackis
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 40 g of blue d'Auvergne
  • 1 small tartare
  • 20 g of emmental
  • 5 olives
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
