Cod fillet with chorizo and parmesan crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) (gas mark 6-7).
  • 2.   Blend the chorizo.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the chorizo with the parmesan and breadcrumbs. Add the softened butter and mix with your fingertips.
  • 4.   Place the cod fillets in an ovenproof dish and cover with the chorizo crumble.
  • 5.   Bake for 15 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 15 g of butter
